Yin yoga is een rustige, meditatieve vorm van yoga. Het doel is stress veroorzaken in de cellen van het bindweefsel en de gewrichten. Hierdoor worden de cellen sterker en flexibeler. Om dat te bereiken houden we de houdingen voor een aantal minuten (3-5 min) aan.

Iedere week werken we met een ander thema, dat ik zal vermelden in de titel van de les.

Let op: je kan tot 1 uur voordat de les begint een plekje reserveren. Ongeveer 45 minuten voor de les ontvang je een mail met de link naar de les en een playlist op Spotify.

In the beginner-friendly edition, we offer more variations and explain the pose in a little more detail. More experienced yogis are very welcome, the class will still be as challenging as you want it to be with extra Vinyasas and poses for strength if this is what you are looking for! This is a donation-based lesson as part of our Try Out October month. Give it go, come practice together!

Restorative yoga is meant to help you de-stress, restore your energy and help your nervous system move into an assessment of safety. In this type of yoga, we use many props to support the body and achieve comfort. This enables us to relax into a given shape for a longer time, typically a few minutes. A restorative yoga practice can support you in your journey to slow down and transition into a more wholesome lifestyle. It is also a great opportunity to practice meditation to encourage more attentive living.

No fancy yoga props needed! Grab pillows, cushions and blankets from around the house, use a scarf instead of a strap and as an eye cover.
