Join Anja and Clare for this Solstice Special to celebrate the longest day and the turning of the year.
7pm – 9pm Intended venue Rosengarten (weather permitting, alternative venue Hrdayam)
There will be an hour of asana, beginning with 12 Surya Namaskar to honour the sun, followed by a fluid practice igniting the fire within us. We will then chant the Gāyatrī Mantra, which is dedicated to Savitr the energy of the sun, 108 times and finish with a mediation.
