Description
Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga style. The flow focuses on exploring the relationship between mind, body and breath and it also focuses to build muscle strength. We will start slow and develop the pace - one breath, one movement. The class is done in a heated room; the hot temperature helps increase the heart rate for a more intense workout and creates a safe environment where it's possible to push on more challenging poses. The hot vinyasa class is a great workout to improve flexibility and mobility, reduce stress, boost your immune and cardiovascular systems.
