The flow focuses on exploring the relationship between mind, body and breath as well as building muscle strength. The class starts slow developing the pace - one breath, one movement. The class is done in a heated room; the hot temperature helps increase the heart rate for a more intense workout and creates a safe environment where it's possible to push on more challenging poses. The hot vinyasa class is a great workout to improve flexibility and mobility, reduce stress, boost your immune and cardiovascular systems.
This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
