Join us for 8 incredible weeks as you learn the foundations of vinyasa flow yoga at your own pace.

Create space to build strength, mobility and nourishment for your body & mind. Using the breath as a focus to turn inward.

The practices will include standing, balancing, seated poses, relaxation and so much more!

We have set up a very special system so that you will not miss out on any of the content, even if you can't make one of the practices in-person.

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced yogis and there is never a wrong time to come back to the basics (you will always learn something new!).

You will have the absolute pleasure of learning from our best beginners teacher, Chantelle.
