Join us for 8 incredible weeks as you learn the foundations of vinyasa flow yoga at your own pace.

Create space to build strength, mobility and nourishment for your body & mind. Using the breath as a focus to turn inward, feel the incredible benefits of connecting to yourself and other like-minded people.

The practices will include standing, balancing, seated poses, relaxation and so much more! Yoga enhances physical and mental wellbeing in so many ways and I'm so excited to share this with your beautiful community.

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced yogis and there is never a wrong time to come back to the basics (you will always learn something new!).

All classes will be recorded and posted in a private Facebook group just in case you miss one!
