Join us for 5 incredible weeks as you learn the foundations of vinyasa flow yoga at your own pace.

Create space to build strength, mobility and nourishment for your body & mind. Using the breath as a focus to turn inward.

The practices will include standing, balancing, seated poses, stress management tools, relaxation and so much more!

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced yogis and there is never a wrong time to come back to the basics (you will always learn something new!).

You will have the absolute pleasure of learning from our best beginners teachers (Ainslie & Holly) alongside a wonderful community of like-minded yogis.
