I'm feeling a collective need to gather together before school starts back and have a full practice together. There's a collective need to nourish and reset our nervous systems through movement, grounding, regulation and deep rest. When I tuned in I felt the need to do all the things because they all weave into the same intention and help us drop into deeper states of relaxation at the end:

MOVE: flow to 'meet and dispel the crazy' - like if we began in savasana our minds would go crazy. To help the nervous system process, ground and regulate.

RESTORE: gentle stretches and rest into shapes that help your body feel supported which has incredible impacts on your nervous system and relaxation response. Also myofascial release (MFR) with soft massage balls help things called the 'rufini receptors' help to stimulate the vagus nerve helping with relaxation and improve blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

BREATHE: guided breathwork also stimulates the vagus nerve and rest/digest response - stuff you can take home and do daily and you don't need nothing.

REST & RELAX: a guided relaxation to help every single cell of your body rest deeply to replenish your energy and reset your body-mind.
