My journey unfolded the moment I stepped into my very first Kundalini Class. Unsure of what to expect, I felt an awakening within me, a spark that ignited a profound transformation. Hooked from that moment, I embarked on a life-changing path.

Driven by insatiable curiosity, I dedicated over 10 months to studying Kundalini Yoga, an experience that reshaped my existence. Furthering my quest for knowledge, I immersed myself in Yin Yoga in Greece and delved into the realms of Hatha, Pranayama, and Embodiment in the heart of India.

Over the last few years, my life has become a tapestry of yoga, woven with threads of ancient wisdom and modern practice. But what is my purpose? What do I seek to offer?

My mission is simple yet profound: to bridge the gap between ancient teachings and contemporary life, preserving the authenticity of yoga’s essence. I strive to cultivate a sense of unity and belonging, fostering community and connection among all beings.

Through my teachings, I aim to equip others with the tools to navigate their inner landscapes, guiding them on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. My goal is to create a sanctuary, a sacred space where individuals can embrace their true selves without fear or judgment.
