Description
Discover your Zen with Jen.
A Chinese modality which is a kin to Tai chi. It is done mostly standing with gentle flowing movements. Each form has its points of distinction which bring you into a peaceful state of being. This is the state of opening the body, mind & spirit to healing.
The practice teaches us to become aware of our Qi-Life force & how to cultivate it.
As we learn to experience & develop it, we increase the flow within us, resulting in a deeper connectedness with ourselves and the natural world around us.
There is a short meditation of quiet sitting at the end.
