At this moment, right now, as you are reading this, a lot is happening. Many thoughts are moving through your mind, your body is experiencing different physical sensations. There could be emotional feelings that are quite obvious to you, or not. In your external environment, there could various sounds, smells, moving objects, sensations on your skin. But are you really aware of all of this on a moment to moment basis? Are you paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, sensations and behaviour in the here and now?

Self enquiry is a type of introspection or self reflection that involves questioning your own thoughts, beliefs, emotions and experiences.

The goal is to gain a deeper understanding of your own inner world and to identify any limiting beliefs, fears, or sometimes negative patterns of behaviour that may be holding you back from a more fulfilled life.

Self examination can help cultivate greater self awareness, self acceptance and personal growth.

This immersive retreat is intended to introduce you to some of the different methods and practices of meditation, and more importantly experience and embody the practices yourself.

These practices will create the right environment for you to explore your inner world, fine tune your noticing skills, and perhaps even lead you to an ‘Aha’ moment.

This immersion will give you practical and embodied practices that you can take away and use beyond this retreat, and support self enquiry and greater self awareness.
