Description
This is a six week block with Dan. Commencing Monday 17 - Monday 21 April 2025.
Each block is themed and is a complete practice including breath work, movement and meditation. If you have completed a previous block, this new block will continue to build on your knowledge and practice.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.
