Breathing with embodied mindfulness we open our bodies with ease and steadiness, allowing students to be aware & intentional with body placement and their own needs while moving through postures. You will release muscle tension, improve balance, increase flexibility, build strength, relieve stress and shine with self love. This class is open to all levels and ages.
