Learn and progress your Yoga practice each week - you will feel great after every class and feel a big difference after four weeks.
Suitable for every level and beginners are very welcome.
This class mindfully introduces foundational yoga postures and flows, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in your body, the room to really benefit from your yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace, expect to be challenged, increase your stability, strength and flexibility and leave feeling empowered, calm and rebalanced.
