Delphi is a fully trained multi-style Yoga instructor and Dance teacher and has ten+ years experience teaching both children and adults in various settings including, kids' parties, discos, festivals and more.

She is very excited to share the joy of movement with you all and introduce you to some fun, new ways of moving together.

You will be creating various animal and nature shapes together, learning some fun yoga postures, shaking, stretching and interacting together through movement. We will finish the class with a little relaxation/meditation.

Beginners are welcome and no previous yoga experience is needed; you are welcome to take breaks anytime if needed.

Please bring your own mats if possible. You will be positioned together with your family with some space from the other families.

Bookable for approx 12 people per group/class~~ this will be 3 or 4 families: your child/ children and you.
