We open to the full experience of our breath, our bodies, hearts and minds in balance in this much more slower paced class.
Yin Yoga encourages mindfulness, training the mind to focus with the breath on calm, compassion, letting go of stress and connecting deep within to our own true selves.
Yin helps stretch out & create space for your whole body, focusing on the Chinese meridian lines with the seasons to combine extra healing therapy.
Yin is great to release muscle & mind tension, improve balance, increase flexibility, build strength, relieve stress and shine with self love.
These classes are open to all levels, beginners and more experienced very welcome, all ages, all bodies.
