We begin with a few seated breathwork practices to clear any old stagnant energy and reset before laying down to deeply relax and enjoy the fully immersive sound bath with healing tones, vibrations and sensations.

Emma plays a cosmic light seed Journey of Chakra crystal singing bowls, Chinese Wind gong, high vibrational chimes, shamanic instruments and drums.

As you are pure energy with the vibrational sounds you will be in deep rest to feel these glowing inside - through every layer, to renew every cell, organ, system flow & magnificent energy of you.

Yoga Nidra (a guided, deeply balancing meditation) enables you to relax fully and go deep into a wonderful meditative state where you can listen within & sending healing as a stream all the way through. It will leave you fully rested, recharged and calm.

During the Yoga Nidra you will learn how to cleanse and recharge with your own intention, breath and energy direction. As all balances you will feel the infinite, thriving stream of life that is always within and around you to breathe with fully.
