In Flow Studio is a boutique wellbeing space in the heart of Cheltenham.
Created for busy minds, stressed bodies and people needing space to slow down, breathe and reconnect, we offer yoga, relaxation, mediation, breathwork and wellbeing classes designed to support modern life.
Our classes focus not only on movement and flexibility, but also on stress relief, nervous system support, better sleep, emotional wellbeing and helping people feel more grounded in themselves again.
Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after a time away, managing stress or simply looking for a supportive approach to wellbeing, our teachers create classes that are warm, accessible and down to earth.
Alongside weekly classes, we also offer workshops, beginners courses, one~to~one Wellbeing sessions and community events.
