About InFlow Studios
InFlow Studios is a yoga and movement space rooted in care, connection, and conscious presence. Located within New Track SelfCare, we exist at the intersection of movement and mental wellness — offering practices that support the whole person: body, mind, and nervous system.
We believe yoga is not about performance or perfection. It’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are, cultivating awareness, and creating space for healing, strength, and ease. Our classes are intentionally designed to be accessible, inclusive, and supportive, whether you are brand new to yoga or deepening an existing practice.
At InFlow, movement is a tool for regulation, self-trust, and resilience. Our instructors are trauma-informed and guided by the understanding that every body carries a story. We honour autonomy, choice, and consent in every class, inviting students to move in ways that feel safe and sustainable.
Being housed within New Track SelfCare allows us to align closely with therapeutic work, offering yoga as a complementary practice to counselling, somatic therapy, and holistic care. We see yoga not as a “fix,” but as a steady companion - one that supports nervous system health, emotional balance, and embodied awareness over time.
InFlow Studios is a place to slow down, reconnect, and come back into rhythm with yourself. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to arrive.
