Terms and conditions Inner Senses I Ayurveda & Yoga
1 GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 While we endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Inner Senses Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
1.2 Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class as late entry is discouraged and cannot be guaranteed.
1.3 Inner Senses Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
1.4 Bookings are to be made via our app, the Monoyoga website or app or in the studio.
1.5 To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking. Class payment must be made upon booking.
1.6 Classes at Inner Senses Yoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
1.7 You will follow all instructions given to you by Inner Senses Yoga teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
1.8 By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
2 CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 Class cancellations can be made via the Momoyoga Yoga App, the Momoyoga website and at www.momoyoga.nl/innersensesyoga
2.2 Class cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the class start time without incurring a fee.
2.3 Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.
2.4 Our classes start on time and a no-show will not be admitted nor be entitled to a refund.
3 PRICES AND STRIPCARDS
3.1 All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR)
3.2 All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.3 We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
3.4 Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
3.5 Stripcards (4 lessons) are valid for 6 months. Stripcards credits cannot be shared.
3.6 All purchases are final. Inner Senses Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, workshops or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
