STRALA YOGA is a movement system that brings freedom and prioritizes movement over static positions. It is suitable for all levels because it teaches movement for feeling good and everyone practices only what is best for them. There are no expectations in it. It offers space and structure for anyone who wants to flow and move their body.
It has a bit of a rebellious touch because it does not practice some elements of classical yoga, which can be uncomfortable for some people. Strala strives to create pleasant and safe places where everyone can relax and exercise without any fear, worry or anxiety. Everyone then more easily connects to their body and listens to it, because their attention is not distracted.
