Our heart and soul class: teacher-assisted self-practice, where Irina Pashkevich works individually with each student in a setting of a small group. This class is for the practitioners of all levels since work is on one-to-one basis. Experienced practitioners welcome to come 15 min before class starts so you can have a longer practice.

Fusion of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, pranayama or the breath of yoga, and yogic meditation, guided by Irina Pashkevich. Every week we explore different themes, different techniques and sequences.
