The body starts to produce positive signals when relaxation increases and concentration unites with the rhythm of movement. Breathing and movement sequences enter the here and now. We begin to feel more open and lighter, and the body spontaneously takes the initiative to improve posture and balance. In this class, poses are more challenging and held for extended periods, bringing us to a point where we very clearly experience the space in our observation. The body and mind start to work together uniquely.
