In this class, you start warming upstanding. The Atlas strip will release tension in your upper back, where your neck later brings your head's weight between your shoulder blades. Using the backbender and a wall, you'll bend backwards in a stable way. You will need all the tools for this relaxation, movement, coordination and strength class. Which all together results in space and lightness in your body.
