An intense hip and quadricep stretch with one knee against the wall will release bother areas. When these areas are sufficiently mobile, a lot of pain and tension will disappear from your lower back. In addition, this stretch will allow the backends movement to transfer from your back through your pelvis and into your legs during Backbends lessons.
