Half handstand with the backbender, Halasana and Sirsasana is centre stage this evening. Move within your possibilities, and do not attempt to do the headstand if you are not confident enough to stand on your head and arms. Use the headstander instead. Time ran out for the shoulder stand, next week, I will dedicate more time to that asana!
