A recording will be shared with all registered participants, so you can practice in your own time if you’re unable to join live.

Yin Yoga invites us to slow down, to soften, and to turn our awareness inward.
Through long, gentle holds, we create space not only in the body, but also in the mind and heart.
In this practice, postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing us to reach the deeper layers of the body such as the connective tissues, joints and ligaments.
This quiet, meditative approach supports flexibility, releases stored tension, and helps calm the nervous system.
Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
