English yoga classes in Montpellier: With yoga & breathwork to stronger and more resilient body and mind.

Description

In this 60 minute class, we will explore pranayama techniques in depth and investigate the role of the breath in the regulation of the body and mind and in the connection of one with the other. We will continue with gentle asana practice revolving around the energetic centers of the body, aiming to invite opening, balance and ease. You will be guided into a space of observation and inquiry. Postures may be held for up to 10 breaths.

There will be no music in the class. Occasionally, sound may be used to help deepen the meditative nature of the practice.

The class is suited for beginner and intermediate students.
Please bring your own mat.
