Description
This 2 part foundation coure is ideal for anyone wanting to try out yoga in a setting where everyone is a raw beginner. You'll have a short introduction on the Yogic philosophy and "who is BKS Iyengar" and get right into the practice of postures (asanas) with the emphasis on alignment and the use of simple props to help you achieve the flavour of each pose. There will be time for Q&A over a cup of tea at the end.
