De Verdiepingscursus is een jaarprogramma voor studenten met een stevige basis in Iyengar yoga die hun eigen beoefening willen verdiepen. Je ontwikkelt een dieper begrip van āsana en prāṇāyāma. Door thema's uit de yogafilosofie en praktische anatomie te verbinden met de praktijk, krijg je een rijker begrip van yoga als geheel.

The In-Depth Course is a year-long program for students with a solid foundation in Iyengar yoga who wish to deepen their own practice. You will develop a deeper understanding of āsana and prāṇāyāma. By connecting themes from yoga philosophy and practical anatomy with practice, you gain a richer understanding of yoga as a whole.
