Deze toegankelijke vinyasa flow klas is gebaseerd op de fundamentele elementen en basis houdingen (asanas) van Vinyasa yoga. De les is in een opbouwende flow ontwikkeld, om je te begeleiden door 'sun salutations', 'warriors', 'balances' en 'backward bends', Ondersteund door muziek, kun jij je de terugkerende houdingen eigen maken. Zaak ik wel consistent te blijven oefenen. Een mooi gevolg is een steeds flexibeler en sterker lichaam en geest. Tegelijkertijd kun je genieten van de meditatie en het laten stromen van jouw energie. Lachen en uitgedaagd worden, dat gaat hier hand in hand! De welverdiende laatste houding, de savasana, brengt rust. Jouw adem is jouw gids.

Wellicht wil je al langere tijd met yoga beginnen. Of heb je wel eens yoga gedaan en is het er daarna nooit meer van gekomen. Er is soms best wat moed voor nodig om over de drempel van de yogastudio te stappen. Beschrijving
Yin yang yoga is een fusie van yin yoga en yang yoga. Het combineert dus het zachte, aandachtige en rustige van yin yoga met het vurige en krachtige van yang yoga. Je begint zo’n yin yang yogasessie op yin wijze: rustige, tragere oefeningen met veel aandacht voor de ademhaling. Zo bouw je langzaam op naar het yang gedeelte van de les. Daar vereisen de oefeningen meer inspanning en kracht, maar dankzij de voorbereidende yin opwarming zouden de houdingen minder belastend zijn. De les wordt vaak afgesloten met enkele yin oefeningen en een korte yin meditatie. Zoals je ziet spreken de yin en yang elementen elkaar helemaal niet tegen: ze ondersteunen en vullen elkaar aan!
