Description
join Me on Sunday for a fun outdoor yoga class & in my own yoga Shala . This class is suitable to all levels . We will gather after the class for a chat over coffee , tea and healthy nibbles. Please feel free to bring something with you if you wish .
Tea , Coffee and refreshments always available .
Weather permitting & spaces are limited . Please book in advance .

Spaces are very limited on Victoria Road , please note this is is a cul de sac and reversing is tight .
Please arrive by 09:15 so we can all start at 09:30 am .
Bring your own mat , block , belt , cushion and a blanket .
