A Cacao Ceremony is a sacred ritual to look inside your soul, opening the doors of healing of our heart. It is a profound plant medicine that can offer physical, emotional and spiritual healing through inner processing. We will be using 42g per person of organic ceremonial cacao where we will sit with this plant medicine and be guided by a meditation to gently activate the chakras which will then lead us nicely into the gong bath.

A gong bath is a deeply relaxing and blissful experience, where you are “bathed” in sound from the waves of the vibrations from the gong. The gong can relieve stress, anxiety and emotional and physical blockages. Gong baths are a great healing tool as it creates a heightened state of awareness as it strengthens the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the brain to relax resulting in a deep state of consciousness.
