Rasa Yoga is fusion of both form and flow. Using leading edge biomechanics, functional anatomy, and creative patterns of movement to support optimal strength, flexibility, and vitality in the body temple.
Rasa Yoga is a modern yoga school that honours the roots of yoga and is committed to the equity and inclusion of all. We are dedicated to the Alchemy of Yoga and the Artistry of Life.
Rasa is a Sanskrit word that means “essence, juice, taste, nectar and fulfillment of the soul.”
Rasa Yoga is a soulful fusion of asana, mantra, mudra, myth, pranayama, meditation, functional anatomy, Tantric yoga philosophy, shadow work, and soul alchemy.
Each Rasa Yoga Class is based on this Triad

Each class is unique & every month we will focus on a Deities . Throughout the month of January we will invoke the Goddess Lakshmi .
Through this practice , we will learn Mudra , Mantra & Pranayama weaves in a Rasa Yoga Flow Asana that will leave you connected to source .
