Join me this Saturday for a special Diwali masterclass to celebrate the provide of abundance and to honour the goddess Lakshmi .
Diwali has a great significance as the day marks the victory of light over dark, and good over evil.
We celebrate the knowledge and goodness of people. As the day approaches, we clean our houses and decorate them to let go of all the unnecessary items and worries.
Diwali is believed to be the beginning of a new journey by forgetting all the troubles of the past and stepping into the light.

A Rasa Yoga practice with Asana , Mudra , Pranayama , & mantra , we will set up an altar to welcome the goddess Lakshmi into our life and our home & will chant the Gayatri Mantra .
If you wish to set up your altar , here are some ideas for you :
An image of the divine that inspires you , incense , candles , flowers , fresh water , photo of a teacher or guru or any person that inspires you .
We will welcome to the light with a candle, so please have one ready .
