What Is Rasa Yoga ?
Rasa Yoga is a modern yoga school that honors the roots of yoga and is committed to the equity and inclusion of all. We are dedicated to the Alchemy of Yoga and the Artistry of Life.


Rasa is a Sanskrit word that means “essence, juice, taste, nectar and fulfillment of the soul.”

Rasa Yoga is a soulful fusion of asana, mantra, mudra, myth, pranayama, meditation, functional anatomy, Tantric yoga philosophy, shadow work, sacred activism, and soul alchemy.

Please be considerate when you park your car in Victoria Road and do not block anyone or any gates . Number 11 is on the right hand side towards the end of the Cul De Sac . The side gate will be open for you and the Shala is at the end of the garden .

Yoga props will be provided such as bricks , strap . Please bring your own yoga mats .

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Any cancellation made within 8 hours will be FULLY charged , & will not be refundable or transferable .
If for any reason the class is cancelled by the teacher , you will not loose your class credit , this will be automatically adjusted.

The Swing , hammock or trapeze is a prop like a strap or a block , intended to assist alignment , deepen awareness and provide the immediate benefit of spinal decompression . With the weight of the body partially or fully supported along with the help of gravity , you can explore and create space in your body as intended in traditional yoga practice , without the compression of the joints and spine , you can achieve proper posture and alignment through relaxation rather than effort , therefore finding a more balanced and unencumbered expression of each pose .
