Description
An uplifting flow focusing on slow, mindful movement. We will cultivate a deep connection between the physical body and the breath. We will spend time exploring each pose, giving us an opportunity to focus on alignment and really settle into the moment. This class is perfect for beginners or those who are returning to a yoga practise after a break. Variations will be given for more experienced yogis. Slow doesn't always mean easy!
