This class will be a different style each week, covering everything from meditation through to handstands. Your normal class passes are valid.
Restorative yoga is a very calming style of yoga. It's all about slowing down and using props to support your body during passive stretching. Postures are held for about five minutes, so your muscles can really relax. During the stillness you're able to focus on your breath and hopefully calm the chaos inside your mind. We'll cover a few meditation techniques to help you achieve this.
