This class will be a different style each week, covering everything from meditation through to handstands. Your normal class passes are valid.

Learn how to practice backbends safely without any strain on your spine. Expect some deep stretches for the hips and shoulders, a few core strength exercises and then a couple of peak back-bending poses.
