Designed for those of you who like a challenge! This class is tailored towards people with an established practice and is not suitable for beginners. We’ll play around with some more advanced postures and challenging transitions so you can build on your current practice and experiment with some strong peak poses. I always make sure it’s fun as well as hard work. ;)
