This class will be a different style each week, covering everything from meditation through to handstands. Your normal class passes are valid.
Strength yoga is an energising style where we aim to build heat in the body through muscular engagement and mindful, controlled movements (there will be no exhausting jumping about like in a gym class). Unlike a fitness class we're trying to get 'in' to breath rather than 'out' of breath. Cheesy, but true. ;)
