This class will be a different style each week, covering everything from meditation through to handstands. Your normal class passes are valid.
Explore some Pranayama (breathing techniques) to help focus your mind and keep your awareness on your physical body and the present moment. Being more mindful will hopefully make you feel calmer, and less absorbed and overwhelmed by both internal and external distractions.
