Description
This class will be a different style each week, covering everything from meditation through to handstands. Your normal class passes are valid.
An hour dedicated to finding our (maybe well hidden) six-packs! This is not a fitness class but it will involve some strength based exercises. You'll learn how to engage your core and transition in and out of movements using your muscles rather than momentum. This will also be helpful in building low back strength.
