Until further notice, all my indoor yoga classes must follow these rules:
- 9 people maximum
- 1.5m between mats
- Masks worn in the studio until everyone has arrived. You can remove your mask to practice when class starts.

Please bring your own mat with you.

Please note that sometimes these studio classes will be moved outside if the weather is nice. I will keep an eye on the weather and make the decision a couple of days before. I'll notify you by email if the class moves outside, so please check your inbox.

Outdoor classes can have a maximum of 30 people as long as we stay 1.5m apart. We don't need to wear masks.

Outdoor classes will take place in Basse Ville by the ecole publique de la Neuveville.
