Jill Lang holds an advanced certification in therapeutic applications of yoga, with 16 years of yoga teaching experience. Her yoga classes are classical yet unconventional; athletic, not acrobatic.
Yoga is a science that cleanses the connecting link to God and conditions the body. Yoga with Jill is evolutionary in that the practices 1) have evolved from the roots in India, and 2) are designed to evolve consciousness. Evolution of consciousness is a return to divinity—a return to God.
In the spirit of fitness and fire-keeping, Jill offers two paths of Yoga:

First we master the foundations, then we deepen into the reverential heart of yoga. All glory to God.

DISCLAIMER: Jill's virtual yoga studio is currently a foundations-level studio and is best suited for students familiar with her teaching style as well as experienced practitioners. The studio offers an accessible path for students to advance from the novice grounds of early foundations I to the experiential playfield of late foundations III. Jill does not teach or practice Hinduism, the dominant wisdom tradition in India associated with yoga. If you're unfamiliar with yoga in general, Jill recommends learning yoga postures with a qualified instructor in a brick n' mortar studio before attempting to practice along to pre-recorded videos; 10 one-on-one sessions followed by a minimum of 20 group classes is a recommended prerequisite to joining Jill's first generation virtual yoga studio.
In its first edition the studio is not yet a Cadillac, but a Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Videos have been filmed out of Jill's bachelorette apartment in the heart of James Bay.
Note: Jill regrets to report that she is on medical leave and will not be filming yoga videos for the foreseeable future. The studio may be growing at a turtle's pace, but the tortoise won the race. In the ballpark of 108 movement classes are in the queue to be filmed to the highest quality—including re-filming the 31 classes currently available in the studio—to be completed as part of Jill's legacy by 2037 the latest.
