About Jasmine Cooper Yoga
Jasmine is an 800-hour certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher who has been dedicated to the practice of yoga since her early twenties and teaching since 2018. She qualified as a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher in 2019, went on to complete her 300-hour Jivamukti training in 2023 under Yogeswari and Moritz Ulrich, and achieved her 800-hour Jivamukti certification in 2025 under the mentorship of Andrea Kwiatkowski at Jivamukti Yoga Cambridge. Jasmine has been part of the CamYoga teaching community since 2021.
Beyond the yoga studio, Jasmine is also an academic: she is the Fairlie-Hutchinson Research Fellow in French at Girton College, Cambridge. Her classes are rooted in the Jivamukti ethos of compassion for all beings and enriched by her deep love of philosophy, literature, poetry and the arts.
Known for her chanting, dynamic sequencing, and hands-on assists, Jasmine creates physically challenging yet accessible classes that weave together yoga philosophy, meditation, relaxation, and banging playlists. Her teaching is infused with infectious energy and enthusiasm, offering students an inspiring and holistic yoga experience.
