Description
Yin and Yang are opposites, and this class is designed to provide a balance of the two. The class will begin with a traditional Yin yoga practice, in which each asana is held for a few minutes at a time. Yin targets the deep connective tissue around the joints, improving joint mobility, and provides the opportunity for the yogi to turn inwards and ground down. Some movement will gradually be introduced as the class transitions into an active and warming Yang practice. Flow through sequences designed to stretch, strengthen and stabilise the entire body.
