Meet your Guide and Sacred Space Holder:
Chloe Elliott is a Trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga Teacher, Coach and Energy Healer passionate about guiding women on transformative journeys of self-discovery and healing. With a holistic approach rooted in somatics, breathwork, and movement, Chloe creates sacred spaces for people to reconnect with their bodies, release old patterns, and awaken to their inner power. Whether through retreats, 1:1 sessions, or intimate classes, Chloe’s work is dedicated to helping people love themselves fully, heal deeply, and step into their authentic path.
When she's not supporting women on their journeys, Chloe is navigating the joyful chaos of motherhood with her spirited 3-year-old. She finds inspiration in the beauty of life’s little moments—like sharing laughter over silly dancing in the living room or exploring new places as a family. Whether it's embarking on a spontaneous trip or overseas travel, Chloe believes in embracing adventure and cultivating joy in everyday life. She cherishes each opportunity to connect, create, and grow, reminding us all that healing can be a beautiful, wild journey.

Welcome to my cosy boutique home studio in Cranbrook, Townsville, designed for intimate gatherings of 4 people or less. The Inner Temple is a sacred space to nurture your mind, body, and soul through signature classes, breathwork journeys, and sacred workshops.
**POP EVENTS TOWNSVILLE**
Join me, Chloe, for my monthly gatherings, where we'll dive into the power of breathwork and connection. These events are a safe space for you to heal, grow, and be your amazing self.
**ONLINE OPTIONS**
Your journey of healing and connection isn’t just limited to in person. Join me from anywhere in the world via Zoom, these virtual gatherings provide a supportive and nurturing space no matter where you are located. Keep an eye out for upcoming events and practice with me from the comfort of your own home or chosen destinataion.
**ONE-ON-ONE**
Ready for a more personalised experience? Let's connect one-on-one and create bespoke sessions tailored to your needs, desires, and dreams. Whether it's breathwork, movement, or guidance, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
HOW TO BOOK:
1. Create your personal account on Momoyoga and download the app for easy access on your home screen
2. Fill out the health waiver and read through the terms and conditions carefully
3. Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. If you would like to book earlier, please DM me
4. Select the class you’d like to attend, if you’re joining online, please ensure you have the Zoom app downloaded
5. Choose your payment method: You can pay online through our payment system or select bank transfer. If you opt for bank transfer, a confirmation email will be sent with my bank details, payments need to be made upon booking to secure your spot (please use your name as the reference)
