About Joy Wellness Studio

At Joy Wellness Studio, we believe that joy is our natural state of being. Through mindful movement, nourishing practices, and heartfelt connection, we create a space where individuals can return to themselves—body, mind, and spirit.

Rooted in community and guided by compassion, we offer yoga, pilates, and holistic wellness programs.

Keep connected for updates on Women's Circles, Digital Detox hours, Youth Mindful practices, Mini retreats, and more throughout the year.

We are here to inspire impactful, lasting change in a way that is holistic, nurturing, and joyful.

We are devoted to creating a space of presence, connection, and natural joy. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask our community to honour the following guidelines:

What to Bring
Your yoga mat (some mats are available to borrow if needed)
A water bottle
A personal blanket (for hygiene reasons)
A warm layer & socks during cooler months
We kindly ask that no food or drinks other than water be brought into the studio space.

Who to Bring
We love families, but for group classes, the studio is a space just for you unless specified in the class description.
Children under 16 are not permitted in regular classes unless specified on our class schedule.
Please leave furry friends at home — (except for service dogs)

(We will be offering youth classes separately, and these will show on our schedule when available.)

Mobile Phones - We invite you to gift yourself this digital-free time.
To protect our mindful environment, we have a no mobile phone or smart watch use policy during classes.
Please ensure your phone is switched off or on silent before entering the studio, and watches are put in your bags.

Studio Etiquette
Please remove shoes at the entrance to keep the studio space clean and sacred.
Please respect others’ mats and personal space — kindly walk around mats, not over them.
After class, please tidy away any props or equipment neatly for the next class.

Respecting Practice & Teachers
Please follow the guidance of the class instructor.
(You're welcome to modify movements gently, but we encourage following the theme of the class to maintain collective flow.)
If you feel called to dive deeper into personal practices, we offer private 1:1 sessions.

Our teachers hold a nurturing and energetic space for the group — thank you for respecting their time, energy, and boundaries.
