I first discovered yoga in my 20's, but it wasn't until my 30's and after the birth of my second child in 2016 that yoga truly became a life line. Navigating post natal depression and chronic back pain, not just for movement but for for healing. With over 14 years of personal practice and a teacher training with John and Nicole Allen, I now offer classes that blend Hatha, Vinyasa and Breathwork - creating a dynamic and holistic experience. As a naturally compassionate and empathetic person and a good listener, I strive to create a space where students feel heard, supported and free to explore their own journey.

Flow yoga is a dynamic style of yoga. This class offers, continuous movement, linking poses together with breath-led transitions, and grounding postures to release tension and quiet the mind.

Perfect for those with some yoga experience. Flow yoga invites you to move with intention, find stillness between poses (asanas), and settle into a deeper sense of peace and presence.
